About Ashley Brankin Consultancy
Our Story
After a decade in the banking industry, I transitioned into the energy sector, focusing on supporting individuals living in fuel poverty. Through this work, I recognised a clear gap between installers and customers — often leaving applicants overwhelmed by the grant process.
This inspired me to establish Ashley Brankin Consultancy: a service designed to provide consistent, personalised support throughout every stage of the project, from application to completion. My goal is to remove the stress often associated with accessing government grants and ensure a smooth, transparent experience.
I firmly believe that receiving a free grant should never mean compromising on project quality or customer service. That’s why all services I offer to homeowners and tenants are completely free of charge to you.
How Can We Help?
Access to Free Insulation, Heating Upgrades & Solar
We can help homeowners, tenants and landlords access free improvements for their property such as insulation, heating upgrades and solar panels under ECO4 + GBIS funding.
You may fit the criteria without even realising it. If you have someone in the home who has medical concerns, aged under 5 or over 65 years old, have a total household income of less than 31k or are on a means tested benefit then you may qualify. We are always happy to check!
Installers
Once we complete the checks to make sure you qualify then we work with one of our trusted installers to conduct a (FREE) survey of your home to check that your home also meets the criteria. Our trusted installers have worked with us on many projects and we help match the best one suited for your circumstances!
From Beginning to the End
We are here for you the entire way through the project from checking paperwork and application criteria with you to liaising with installers and their team to ensure the work is completed to industry standards and your satisfaction. Our service is completely FREE to you.
